  • I am pleased to be associated with Stockton Lake Properties, LLC. I am a life -long resident of Cedar County with extensive experience in land and farming. My family can be traced back to the 1840’s in Cedar County. I know the land and people in Cedar and surrounding area. Finishing a 27 year career as a high school agriculture instructor, raising cattle, hay, and fescue seed as well as being an avid deer hunter gives me that unique perspective that will allow me to assist you in buying or selling recreational, hunting or farming land. I am also well versed in housing end of real estate. My wife, Susie and I live and farm in Cedar County. We are active participants in church and community activities.     Let's be honest, I am terrible at writing bios. I have a wonderful husband and family. We relocated to the Stockton area a couple years ago because of Stockton's amazing school district. We love it here. For a family of hunters and fishermen, it's a perfect fit. 
    I was drawn to the real estate industry after purchasing our first home. We went through the entire transaction feeling slightly blindfolded. My husband nor myself had any idea what we were doing, and what laws protected the buyers and the sellers. So when opportunity presented itself I knew I would be a great ambassador for both buyers and sellers.

  • I grew up on a farm here in Stockton, and was lucky enough to move back about 15 years ago. My wife, Angela, and I raised 4 boys here, and proudly call Stockton our home.  As an avid outdoorsman, I love hunting, fishing, golfing, biking, and running to name a few, and look forward to outfitting the outdoorsman in you! I’d say I am pretty fluent with my knowledge of the area, and look forward to aiding you in your real estate needs. Emily sold some property for us , and made it a pleasurable experience!   • I have lived in Cedar County a long time and I know this area well. I love living in a small town where mostly everyone knows each other, but I like that being an agent allows me meet new people too.
